Teachers’ readiness in the implementation of online learning during COVID-19 pandemic

<span lang="EN-US">This research investigated teachers’ readiness in implementing online learning during COVID-19 pandemic. This was quantitative with a description analysis approach. The data collection technique used structured questionnaire. It involved 78 senior high school teachers as respondents spread across nine sub-districts Labuhanbatu Regency, Indonesia. results revealed that the implementation of has not been maximized. There are several factors influence science running learning, including to use various platforms media varied, quality internet network is poor some areas, students do have smartphone/computer and difficulty buying packages. this study expected be an evaluation material improve system make it more effective efficient.</span>
